Our refund policy has been updated, we will no longer process any refunds - kindly ensure you double check with customer service on the size you have ordered..either prior to purchase or even after you have placed your order.

You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your exchange is approved, we will process the exchange although the shipping cost will need to be paid prior to shipping out your replacement. Please understand this is a real cost that is passed on to the customer.
Purchasing more pairs to exceed the US$150/- and avail free shipping, and then attempting to return 2 or more pairs, will not be entertained as this was a process that was being abused by customers. We will exchange the pairs for a desired size, although even this is better to be sorted out prior to shipping the order and our support staff are always glad to assist you in the fit of your flopeds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
As mentioned above , If you availed of “free shipping” as part of a store promotion, eg : “free shipping over $150.00” and would now like to exchange some item, the actual cost of shipping the order, plus the cost of return shipping will be charged back to you.
