Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is aimed at satisfying our global customer's orders.

We look to get your order to you in 7 working days at no extra cost.

All orders are processed, picked, and packed the day after the order receipt.

Please also note that all orders are shipped out of our Dubai distribution center.

Kindly ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate, as inaccurate information will lead to a delay in shipping out your order.

Import duties and local taxes are not calculated at checkout or included in the invoice total.

These amounts may be charged to the customer at the time of receipt of order.

The amount collected is only cost of product and shipping charges. Where free shipping applies, only cost of product appears as the total at checkout.

We appreciate that errors can occour, please check the details of your order once you receive the order confirmation and send us a message immediately mentioning the order number (#1234) 4 digits..with a message to hold your order or change the size/color etc.
